Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to deny any orders from a customer where the following situations arise:

  • Shipping address is different than billing address.
  • Incorrect credit/debit card number, expiration date or card security value.
  • Incorrect billing information (billing information you provide is different from information your financial institution has on record).
  • Insufficient/Incorrect shipping address (street address, city, state, zip or postal code).
  • Fraudulent information.

We ship our products to locations in the Continental US and to all provinces and territories in Canada.

We ship by UPS Ground to physical addresses in US only.

No shipping to PO boxes, Orders with PO box shipping address will be cancelled.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands - there is a shipping surcharge.

We do not sell and do not ship to California.

Orders can only be cancelled until shipped.

All order cancellation requests must be in writing and sent by email by 2:00 PM EST the day the order was placed.
We are unable to cancel orders placed after 2:00 PM EST as they are immediately sent to one of our warehouses for processing.
Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Orders received by 3:00 PM EST on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM EST are shipped the next business day.

We will send you an email with order confirmation and you will later receive your tracking number confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Tracking numbers are sent by email after 6:00 PM EST on the day the order is shipped.

Most items should arrive on your doorstep within 1-3 business days after your order was shipped.

Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays and days when UPS is not available.

Refusal of Delivery

If an order is refused, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs back to 1CATALYTIC and any costs that may occur during the delivery process.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to 1CATALYTIC due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost.

Damaged/Lost Merchandise

1CATALYTIC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the shipping process. The customer is responsible for contacting 1CATALYTIC and we will contact the shipping carrier regarding lost or damaged packages. 1CATALYTIC is unable to accept cancellations as a result of damaged or lost merchandise.

Upon arrival of your shipment, please check the contents of your package immediately and report any discrepancies or damages within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. 1CATALYTIC must report all damages immediately to the carrier for inspection; therefore, we ask that you keep all merchandise and packaging in as delivered condition. Claims issued on damaged or lost orders can take the carrier 7-10 days to process. Once a claim has been initiated and processed, a replacement will be sent. We are unable to accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives damaged or is lost but we will make every effort to correct this situation. Lost packages are usually located by the carrier and delivered. To avoid duplicate shipments, replacements will be sent after the claims process is complete. Although we are unable expedite replacements, please be assured that 1CATALYTIC will work diligently with the carrier to resolve these matters in the most efficient way possible.
